Boronia $1.8m more than mere chickenfeed

THE Boronia office and warehouse of a stockfeed and pet distribution company has sold to an undisclosed local business for $1.8 million. CB Richard Ellis agent David Aiello said the off-market deal for the 3297 square metre site on Mountain Highway reflected renewed demand in B and C-grade properties. "Owner-occupiers are taking advantage of the recent falls in property values and cheap interest rates to secure larger premises to cater for their future growth requirements," he said.
